1 cent 2009. Lincoln's youth.

On the day of the 200th anniversary of the birth of 16th US President Abraham Lincoln, he introduced a new one-cent coin of a new series dedicated to various stages of Lincoln's life - from birth to the presidency. The coin symbolizes the growth of Lincoln in the state of Indiana.

Obverse: the portrait of Abraham Lincoln is depicted. The inscription above the portrait is "In God We Trust" (the motto of the USA), on the left there is the inscription: "Liberty", on the right Year of coinage

Reverse: depicts a young Lincoln, who sits and reads a book, while working on the railway.
