25 cents (quarter) 2020 from the series National Parks - 52nd National Park. J. A. Weir Farm National Historic Site. Connecticut

Weir Farm Park includes the home and studio of the most beloved American impressionist painter J. Alden Weir. Weir Farm is a national heritage of American Impressionism and the creative spirit of the United States. The park operates and receives visitors from all over the world 365 days a year.

Obverse: In the center of the coin there is a portrait of President George Washington left (shown in a restored version of the original portrait used since 1932 on coin-quarters). Above, in a semicircle, the name of the issuing country: UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, below in a semicircle is written the denomination of the coin - QUARTER DOLLAR. To the left of the portrait the word LIBERTY (FREEDOM) is minted, to the right in several lines - IN GOD WE TRUST (WE BELIEVE IN GOD) and the letter of the mint.

Reverse: In the center of the coin field, the artist is depicted at the easel at the J. A. Weir Farm National Historical Museum against the background of the workshop of Julian Alden Weir. It is inspired by various studio images and paintings by Weir created on the farm, as well as descriptions of the creative inspiration of Weir and his fellow artists from the countryside. On the left edge of the coin is minted the name of the state in which the park is located: "CONNECTICUT", on the right - the US motto: "E PLURIBUS UNUM". At the top, the name of the national park is minted in a semicircle: "WEIR FARM". The year of minting is indicated at the bottom of the coin: "2020".
