Benin 1000 francs 2015 Vladimir Vysotsky
Commemorative coin "Vladimir Vysotsky" country issuer Benin.
The design of the coin used the painting by the artist A. Gorbunova "Vysotsky". This picture won the international competition "The best portrait of the image of Vladimir Semenovich Vysotsky" which took place in Moscow, in the State Cultural Center Museum of V.S. Vysotsky on the Taganka. The coin is made with high quality coinage at the Swiss Mint; a unique color enamel coating in a volumetric image was made in Germany. Under the magnifying glass, you can see the smallest details of the picture. Packaging in the form of an audio cassette was made in Russia. The certificate of authenticity is made in the form of a cartridge insert.
Obverse: In the center is the coat of arms of the Republic of Benin. Above the circle is the inscription REPUBLIQUE DU BENIN. Bottom 1000 FRANCS CFA
Reverse: Vladimir Vysotsky stands on the right against the colored background of the evening city. In his hand he holds his constant companion of life - the guitar. The year of manufacture - “2015” is embossed under it. On the left, on a monochrome background repeating the outlines of a guitar, a performer is sitting on a chair with a guitar in his hand. Below, the years of Vysotsky’s life are “1938-1980”. Along the protruding edging in the ring separated from the main part of the coin, the name is engraved - “VLADIMIR VYSOTSKY”, “VLADIMIR VYSOTSKY”, and curly patterns.
