Greece 2 euro 2022. 200 years of the first constitution of Greece.

The coin is dedicated to the 200th anniversary of the first Constitution of Greece.

The first Greek Constitution was adopted after the Epidaurus meeting on December 15, 1821. The provisional constitution officially came into effect in January 1822, followed by four more in 1986, 2001, 2008 and 2019.

Obverse: depicts the building of the Greek Parliament, located on Constitution Square. To the left and right of the parliament building are memorable dates 1822 2022. The Greek Republic is written in Greek at the top of the circle, the First Greek Constitution is written at the bottom of the circle. Under the building is an acanthus leaf - the mark of the mint of Greece.
There are 12 EU stars around the outer ring.

Reverse: Extended map of EU countries, version of 2007 sample, 12 stars (according to the initial number of eurozone countries) and 6 parallel lines - a symbol of stability. As well as the face value of the coin - "2 EURO".
