Poland 5 zloty 2021. Ksi castle in Walbrzych.
Coin depicting the largest castle in Silesia called Ksi. The castle is located in the Polish town of Walbrzych.
The builder of the castle is considered to be Prince Boleslav I the Harsh. Donjon (main tower) and the medieval parts of the building were built by the end of the XIV century. At the moment, the castle is the largest after Malbork and Wawel, included in the tourist route "Castles of Piast".
Obverse: In the center in the inner disk - the coat of arms of the country: the crowned Polish eagle, near the eagle's right leg - the sign of the Warsaw mint (M / W). Along the edge of the coin, on the outer ring, there is an inscription: on the top - "RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA"; below - the year of minting - "2021".
Reverse: depicts a view of Ksenzh castle from the southeast. On the left side, three letters NBP are visible, denoting the issuing bank of the coin. The reverse was designed by Pavel Petras. At the top, the name of the coin in Polish is minted in a semicircle: "ZAMEK KSIĄŻ". Below is "W WAŁBRZYCHU".
