Urho Kaleva Kekkonen (September 3, 1900 - August 31, 1986) is a famous Finnish politician, the eighth president of Finland. Three times dissolved the parliament during his uninterrupted 25-year reign.

Was born on September 3, 1900. During the Civil War in 1918 fought in the ranks of the White Guard. In 1919 he graduated from the Lyceum and went to serve in the automobile battalion in Helsinki. In 1921 he entered the university at the Faculty of Law. From 1926 to 1956, one of the leaders of the party Peasant Union. Since 1934 a member of parliament. Since 1956 the President of Finland. Like Paassikivi, he was a supporter of the policy of establishing cultural and economic cooperation with the USSR. This foreign policy was known as the "Paasikivi-Kekkonen Line".

Obverse: a portrait of the sixth president of Finland is depicted. Above, along the edge of the coin, inscriptions are engraved: the name of the politician is "URHO KALEVA KEKKONEN" and his years of life are "1900-1986".
