2000 in Russia was marked by a big holiday - the 55th anniversary of Victory in the war against the fascist invaders. This war, which took place half a century ago, called the Great Patriotic deserved. In the victory contributed to every family, every home. Millions of men, women and even children, and fought in the battles fought against the Nazis in partisan groups, worked tirelessly in the production of food, ammunition and military equipment, making everything possible and not possible to protect the Fatherland from the terrible misfortune to die under the yoke of the Nazis.
