The coin is 10 rubles, Rostov-on-Don in a series of City of Military Glory (WAN) released on July 2, 2012.

Rostov-on-Don Soviet remained until July 1942, when German troops began to advance to the Kuban and the Caucasus. July 24, 1942 in Rostov 17 army entered the Wehrmacht.
