Dnestrovsk is a settlement on the left bank of the Dniester River.
Dnestrovsk is located in the south-east of Moldova, 80 km from Odessa and 40 km from Tiraspol. Dnestrovsk grew up near the Kuchurgan estuary near the village of Nezavtaylovka. Although the city got its name on behalf of the Dniester River, it is not on its shore.

Obverse: in the center - an image of the State Emblem of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika; on a circle - inscriptions: at the top - "TRANSNISTRIAN REPUBLICAN BANK", at the bottom - "1 РУБЛЬ"; in the lower part under the coat of arms - "2014".
