The coin is dedicated to military physicians - people whose profession combines medical and military knowledge, who selflessly serve the Motherland, daily saving the lives of its defenders, and perform the feat of mercy, courage and stamina.

Obverse: A stylized composition is placed in the center of the coin’s field: a flame, against which - a cross - a symbol of medicine; around - camouflage debris, symbolizing the drama of war; Coins were minted at the edge with a semicircle: on the left is the small State Emblem of Ukraine, at the top is the name of the issuing country: “UKRAINE”, on the right is the minting year: “2019”, at the bottom in a semicircle is the denomination of the coin “TEN Hryvnia”. The logo of the Mint of the National Bank of Ukraine is located above the face value inscription.

Reverse: A stylized composition is placed in the center of the coin field: a military medic assists a wounded soldier during the fighting, mirror silhouettes of a helicopter and a group of military men who are sent to him with a stretcher. An inscription in Ukrainian is minted in two lines at the bottom in the center: ON BARTI / LIVING (ON GUARD OF LIFE) ..
