Poland 5 zlotys 2019. Barrow of Liberation.
Liberation Mound is located in the Polish city of Piekary Slaski. This is an artificial bump created in honor of the heroism of the Silesian people. The idea to build a mound arose for the first time in the second half of the 19th century by Važinets Hyde. According to his plan, the Kurgan was to mark the procession of the Polish army led by King Jan III Sobieski to Vienna and the visit of the local church by the monarch. This idea was abandoned at one time, and the Prussian authorities arrested Haida on charges of inciting the population. Construction began in 1932 and ended in 1937. The mound was built of stones and earth brought from different places, including from places of patriotic martyrdom. The consecration ceremony of the Mound of Liberation temple took place on June 20, 1937 with the participation of government officials. It is the largest and most important monument of the Silesian Uprising in Upper Silesia.
Obverse: In the center, in the inner disk, is the national coat of arms: a crowned Polish eagle, near the eagle's right foot is a sign of the Warsaw Mint (M / W). The inscription is engraved on the edge of the coin on the outer ring: on top - "RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA"; below is the year of minting - "2019".
Reverse: In the center there is an image of the Liberation Mound located in the town of Piekary Slaski. The name of the coin in Polish is minted in a semicircle at the top: "KOPIEC WUZWOLENIA".
